As long as there is mobile coverage, your teams communicate instantly — no local radio infrastructure or repeaters needed
LTE / PoC Portable Radio Rental — communicate with no distance limit
Request a quoteWhen your teams are spread across multiple sites, an entire city, a region or a national network, VHF/UHF radios reach their limits.
LTE / PoC radios (Push-to-Talk over Cellular) provide an effective answer:
the simplicity of a two-way radio, with the range of 4G/5G networks.
At Sabbah Communication, we offer professional LTE/PoC two-way radio rental solutions ready to use, with multi-operator SIM cards, geolocation and supervision — for setups ranging from a few users to nationwide fleets.

The LTE / PoC principle, simply explained
An LTE radio works just like a classic two-way radio:
you press, you talk, the group hears you.
The difference: the voice travels via the 4G/5G network and is instantly redistributed to all group members, wherever they are.
Whether in Paris, Brest or Marseille, every team can communicate with any other. You press and communicate without phones — a true direct and instant link.
Result: instant group communication, with no distance limit, as long as mobile coverage is available.
When LTE / PoC is the right solution
Your teams are spread across long distances (> 3 km)
You need to coordinate multiple remote sites simultaneously
GPS geolocation is a real operational requirement
Mobile coverage is generally good across your operating areas
Not suited to areas with no mobile coverage
Not suited to environments requiring total network independence
In these cases, a VHF/UHF (local) or hybrid LTE/DMR solution is more appropriate
What LTE / PoC concretely delivers

Near-unlimited range
Communication possible between remote sites, different cities or mobile teams across the entire country

No radio infrastructure to deploy
No repeaters, no local antennas, no ANFR frequency management

Instant group communication
Same logic as a classic two-way radio: no calling, no dialling, no delay

Real-time GPS geolocation
Map-based team visualisation: coordination, dispatching, intervention tracking

Management console (Dispatch)
Communication supervision, group management, text messages, SOS alerts

Communication security
LTE/PoC communications are end-to-end encrypted through the professional solutions we deploy
These features serve operational communication.
They do not replace business software or a regulatory safety system.
Mobile network dependency and how we manage it
The only real limitation of LTE is its dependency on mobile networks.
This is a structural constraint that must be factored in from the design stage.
What this means:
- No network = no communication
- Slight latency (negligible in normal use)
- Variable battery life depending on signal quality
- Data subscription required (included in our rentals)
How we mitigate this risk:
Our radios are equipped with professional multi-operator SIM cards (Orange / SFR / Bouygues), capable of automatically connecting to the best available network.
This is not an absolute guarantee — a total dead zone remains a dead zone. But it is currently the most robust LTE solution available.
If communication continuity is critical under all circumstances, a hybrid LTE/DMR solution is often more appropriate
When LTE alone is not enough
In certain contexts — rural areas, isolated industrial sites, events generating heavy network load — relying on a single technology can be risky.
Hybrid LTE / DMR solutions combine:
LTE for long-distance coverage
Local professional radio for field autonomy
→ These architectures are detailed on our dedicated page: Hybrid LTE / DMR Radios
Our LTE / PoC radio fleet
We don’t offer a single model, but a coherent fleet tailored to real-world usage
LTE portable radios
Rugged, waterproof terminals (IP67), full-day battery life, built-in GPS, SOS button.
Suited for mobile teams, transport, logistics, technical services, multi-site security
Hybrid LTE/DMR radios
Terminals combining LTE and local radio in a single device.
Recommended for setups that tolerate no communication disruption
Industry sectors

portable radios
Mobile or itinerant operations
Limitations to know before choosing LTE
• Dependency on mobile networks
• Data subscription included in the rental
• Slight latency (negligible in normal use)
• Variable battery life depending on network quality
These limitations are not flaws, but selection criteria.
